  2. Client/Project Data (Your Clients’ Information): Data you actively upload or create within the MilestoneView platform, including:
    • Client names and contact details.
    • Project names, milestones, and deadlines.
    • Tasks, progress updates, and communication logs.
    • Files and deliverables shared via the Client Portal.

For all Client/Project Data, you, the Solopreneur, are the Data Controller. MilestoneView acts solely as a Data Processor, processing this information strictly according to your instructions to provide the platform’s functionality (e.g., showing progress to clients, storing files).

3.2 What Do We Use Your Personal Data For?

Your personal data is used to:

  • Provide core platform access (login, profile setup).
  • Manage subscriptions, billing (future feature), and administrative duties.
  • Provide direct support and communicate about platform updates.

We will not access or share your client/project data for marketing purposes.

3.3 How Long is Data Retained?

If you delete your account, your data (including client/project data) is retained in an archive for 3 months. This allows for possible account reactivation. After this period, the data is permanently deleted.

As a website visitor, we may collect minimal data when you sign up for the free trial or contact support. This data is used solely to facilitate your trial access, provide support, and manage your account.

5. Your Rights as a User
